  • if i could give these guys 0 stars i would dont go to this place they are rude and dont understand simple courtesy and customer service. today at roughly12:30 tues march 14th 2017 the lady who answers the phones hung up the phone on me because i was asking a valid question about weather they were getting shoes back instock; I could here the attitude in her voice the minute she picked up the phone. JUST SOME ADVICE: If your going to come to work with a chip on your shoulder and dont want to deal with so many people calling asking you weather shoes are in stock then get another job and stop taking your anger out on potential customers will never shop here again footlocker at least have employees who are respectful and no how to run a business...
