UPDATE: One of the sales people tracked down Steven, the service manager, and he did all he could to make the situation right. He got me a loaner car for the duration of my repair, explained what was repaired thoroughly and communicated with me throughout the process. I got my car back an hour ago and it was cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be back to normal. Thank you Steven for staying late to help me out!
ORIGINAL: This is in reference to my second visit to their service department. The first visit was a 2* but this would be a 0* if it was possible. I was having issues with my car (still under warranty) and they said I would get a free loaner and they would be here until 7. Got there at 6:15 (after a 30 minute drive in Charlotte traffic) and service was completely closed. Service doors locked, no loaner, nothing. They are lucky to be the only Lincoln dealer within an hour because if there was any competition they would be out of business.
