so i go to this grocery store this morning to purchase a few things. I made my purchase paid and went to my vehicle. I was looking in my bag for a specific item that was not in there. So i went back into the store and to the check out lane i just left to see three employees standing there. Not one of them ask me did i need help so i spoke up and stated that i did not have my snack in there that i purchased for my child. I was very polite as i looked around to see if it may have accidentally did not get bagged granted that can happen. However the response that i received from two of the female workers one whose name was shaelynn told me "no i bagged it and that it is in the bags" no if she would have said it with some respect as if i just did not spend money in there it would bot have been as bad but the horrible way she bagged my stuff i was very insulted by her and the cashier that told me that she slide it down to her. I am not doubting your ability to slide grocery items down all i was saying i did not see it in the bag. So i took it as a loss and just left. As i was getting into my car a nice young man that was standing with these two ladies came out and gave me the snack that was "supposedly" in my bag. How about next time before assuming you packed something say something like oh let me check and make sure or anything to show professionalism but dear you are not a professional bagger and people make mistakes just look before the attitude comes out. The thing is she had no clue who i was. I could have been a corporate person for Smith's and she would have never known. Good thing i am not because that would have been her last shift. You don't treat customers as though they are lying. You help them first and make sure you are not mistaken. The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because of the young man that came back and found me if it was not for him i would be giving my visit one star because of shaelynn and the cashier that was with her this morning with salt and pepper hair.
That's all
