  • After reading on the website that first time clients get half off, and there is a discount for UNLV students, I decided to go to Eyebrows R Us in Summerlin on W. Charleston. The employee there refused to honor the advertised price on the web for first time clients and refused any discounts! I went ahead with the service because it was too late to go anywhere else, but I will not be back. She even had the nerve to ask for a tip when she was done! I have been in the service industry for over twenty years and I cannot believe that someone would refuse to honor advertised prices (with no explanation, at that) and then ask for a tip. False advertising!
