  • This establishment gave me the worst experience of my life. During my manicure I expressed that I wanted a natural looking tip that was rounded and not square. I explained I didn't care for the square look but she said square would look better. She was so persistent that I had to finally firmly decline. In the middle of filing my nails she walked to another customer apparently one who missed their appointment and now she was here so now I get to be pushed aside like spoiled milk while she gave her a full manicure and pedicure. The grossest part of my experience was when a neighboring toenail aggressor clipped her client's toenail and it ricocheted and slapped me upside the head. I kid you not this was horrible. As I left, I intended on paying a tip although it wasn't deserved at all and the cashier (who upon arrival was snooty and short) all of a sudden, tried to flatter and perk her way to a big tip. I gave her three bucks just to be nice, she leaned and glanced in my purse to find more dollars and even said that they could put tip on the card. I declined and she insisted basically. Then again I firmly declined. I'll never return to this place even if they paid me.
