  • So glad we didn't move here! The manager was very nice until I told her we decided not to move there, then she turned nasty. mind you, we hadn't seen the place ourselves (a friend went for us) but decided that having to drive our laundry to the front of the property every time we wanted to wash was a deal breaker, we did not know how bad the property really was at that point I came to pick up my refund check for their $150 fee and there were homeless people living in the back of the complex in the dirt and the property isn't even paved all the way through. The maintenance guys were hanging out on their golf cart playing on their phones while trash and soiled clothing is strewn thru the complex and surrounding the dumpsters. Absolutely disgusting property and staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
