| - No matter the level of photographer you are or just into photography this is the only place to go. Their prices are equivalent to any online outlet and... you take it home that instant. They have a large array of backgrounds, lenses, cameras, sticks, lights, bags and any accessory you might need or want. Plus they rent, so you're in town and your gear breaks or doesn't make it here, you can rent it. Every worker here is passionate about photography and the culture of being a photographer and it shows in their knowledge and experience with the equipment they have on hand. They even have a table and chairs set up, usually donuts or cookies and water if you want to just come and hang out. They also offer photo presentations if you want to hone your skills. On some days you can find a bunch of shutter bugs hanging out talking shop.
For me, photography isn't just a hobby but it's how I make my living and having s place I can go to try out bags, new gear or get gear immediately is super beneficial. The place isn't as big as say Samys in LA or B&H in NY but it is a perfectly sized for Vegas. It's important to be able to handle some things before you buy them like bags and cases and you can do that here. They take care of everyone like their family. The only negative I would state is, I know what I want when I hit the store even have the item number sometimes and some of the workers, who don't know me, will try to sell me on what they think - rather than understanding I know what I want and how much it should be, I don't need to be sold on anything. Great place and great people I do love this place.
