  • Ok, maybe not the best Chinese food in Madison--not that I'm taking off any stars. Ichiban and Fugu have the Walnut Shrimp as well. Their Yangzhou fried rice is still the best though. Their free crab rangoon for online orders of $15 or more is awesome. As for the 'best' Chinese food in Madison--it will have to be Ichiban (a little pricier), or Soga if you want hotpot (great value).
