rev:text	I spent a week and a half going from one dealership to another, listening to car salesman do what they do, (mostly telling lies) each day driving home in my old car. Two of my attempts to test drive a car that I thought I wanted to buy ended with "that car was JUST sold, but I have blah blah blah, so sorry" And then today I stumbled across a car I wanted to test drive at Courtesy Volvo...this is where this story takes a very unusual turn...I met Licia & John and they proved wrong everything I have ever known to be true about car sales staff and dealerships. When I arrived at the Volvo dealership the car I wanted was not there and I was m.a.d.! Licia apologized but I still felt duped. Licia wanted to prove to me they were not like other dealerships and this was not intentional. She then introduced me to John who asked me what I was looking for and told me he was going to find me what I wanted. Within minutes he and Licia were giving me many cars to choose from. I picked the best one and they went to work getting it from a sister lot to me. During this time I got to know John a little better and figured out real quick that he was a genuine guy who truly cared about my experience. I was thrilled and knew this was where I was going to buy my car. When my car arrived it was just what I had hoped for and knew within minutes of my test drive with Licia that this was now MY car! The reasons I decided to buy are simple- customer service and honesty. They found the perfect car for me, AND the price of my car was right! I spent several hours with Licia, John & Jason and they all made my experience comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable. I love my new car!
