  • Came here because my bfs tire was getting flat. We think we hit a nail or something because the tire light was on. We go here and then they said they fixed it and we went home. An hour later we go out to the car and the tire is FLAT! So we have to put the spare tire on and go back tomorrow to get it fixed. Do I want to go back to firestone? No. They are sketchy. They either suck and completely don't know how to patch up tires, or they are scamming people. I bet if we go back tomorrow they say we need a new tire and to buy it there. Please save your car and your money and go somewhere else. Update : Went back the next day. They apologized and fixed the tire. Went home. Watched a movie. Go out to the car... BUT THE TIRE LIGHT IS ON AGAIN. And the tire is almost flat!!! So we hurry to the gas station and put air in the tire then go back to Firestone AGAIN. This is the 3rd time now. They say they accidentally missed the hole again. Management really needs to look into their workers. Doesn't seem like they know how to hire people that know how to do the job correctly. Do not go here. We wasted a whole day waiting here and my bf missed work because they take so long. And they can't even do their job right.
