Can't say much: their aim is to draw your blood. It's not a glamorous experience.
The lab is closed from 11AM-12PM for lunch. I came in on a Friday afternoon at around 12:15, just after their lunch break. There was nobody waiting and I had no appointment. The paper my Dr supplied me with blatantly says that peak times are 7AM-10AM and to plan accordingly. You can make an appointment online, but I decided to wing it.
The experience was mostly painless, but needles make me nervous. The lab tech was an older lady who did little to console me. Fine, I don't really expect her to. All in all, it was just average. I mean, I wouldn't willingly go there: I was sent by my Dr. I like this location because it's the closest to my home and to my work.
