  • I have to say that the House Doctor's customer service is great. Not only did their guys show up on time (in fact, a few minutes early) to do the termite control, but the owner was always quick to answer my questions, even calling us within 5 minutes of an email to answer a question we had. Now THAT is customer service. Plus, I like that they have different warranty options and their rates are reasonable. Time will tell if our termites get under control, but for now I can recommend House Doctor without hesitation.
