I came in with my mom to get our nails done for my bridal shower after leaving another nail place across the street because it was taking so long. We came in and they told us that it would be "5-10 minute wait" but I didn't get seated until after 20 minutes. I thought, "no big deal." But then, when I sat down in the pedicure chair, the water I was supposed to put my feet in was FREEZING and they warmed it up only a little bit. Then, she told me to tell my mom to sit at the pedicure chair. I thought that was pretty bad customer service because I'm a customer, my mom is a customer, and it's their business. I shouldn't have had to call my mom over to sit in her pedicure chair. On top of that, I was pretty far away from my mom and to get her attention, I would've had to raise my voice and yell for her to come over. You work there, and she's your customer, tell my mom yourself.
