  • If I had the option to not give a star I would not. Went in to get an oil change, sales approached me about buying my car and getting me in a 2014. I said ok let's make a deal. Everything went ok, with the exception of watching 12 people stand around doing nothing and having to wait 4 hours for them to get their paperwork together. I understand waiting if you're doing "in house," financing but I was not, financed with my bank. I came in two days later with the payoff amount and delivered the check issued by my bank, attached to the check were instructions for the finance department to follow for the sale. What did Modern Nissan do????? They DID NOT follow the instructions, sent in a check to my bank which they were NOT suppose to do for my trade in. Which they then proceeded to call me the next two weeks telling me my bank was waiting on me to call them to re-issue a new check for the vehicle. Well folks guess what????? Make bank had no clue!! Shocking I know. My bank and I laughed about the ignorance of their obviously lacking finance department. Had to start the application process over with my bank so I'm hoping that Modern can actually follow directions the 2nd time around. Lesson learned will NEVER buy from this dealer again and I will make sure every person I come in contact with does not buy from this dealer again!
