Really want to support a place like this because its politics are an important site of departure from the norm, i.e. Starbucks. The people are friendly enough and the space is welcoming. However, the food is scant and awful. Second and last time eating there today. Skimpy and overly dry tuna sandwich, so dry I could hardly eat it and not very much to it. Then the bread of the sandwich was stale. I wish they could put their politics into their food quality rather than passing off a $7 sandwich this way. It's too bad because there are not a lot of alternatives that would even get close to healthy and good around here. The drinks are about as lackluster in my experience. Please tend to your quality as much as you do to your rhetoric.
