  • This review is actually for the location at 16275 N Greenway Hayden Loop but it will apply to several people from Scottsdale to Atlanta. We recently had an employee stranded in Atlanta and unable to rent a car. You would think in today's electronic world a car rental company could take a credit card over the phone but that is apparently an impossibility for almost every car rental company except Enterprise. We tried Avis and Hertz and they were both impossible to deal with. The call center was somewhere in the middle east and there was no concept of trying to help us find a solution. Fortunately this Enterprise location is just down from us and I went by and worked with Brian the Branch Manager. If I could hire this guy, I would. He went WAY out of his way to make it work and did so in a very professional, helpful and just plain pleasant manner. He got on the phone with Ashley the branch manager in Atlanta and one of her employees, Neosha, who both also went the extra hundred miles to make it work. Just a tremendous group of young professionals who Enterprise should be very proud of. We will only rent from Enterprise going forward and I will only rent from Enterprise going forward. Just an absolutely tremendous experience. Kudos to Enterprise for hiring such quality professional staff and for training them how to solve problems. Thank you Brian, Ashley and Neosha for all of your help!!!
