  • I had a list of shoes that I had seen on their website and when I went there they didn't have most of them. No Christian Leboutin's either. Isn't a store like this supposed to have lots to choose from? Ended up buying only two pair, one of which was not available in the store and had to be shipped to my home. No charge for shipping but that's not the point. Then I noted on my credit card that they charged me for 3 pair so I had to call up to straighten that out with customer service. Customer service passed me to the shoe dept and shoe dept said it had to be handled by a manager in customer service. Kudos to Mr. Santiago in the shoe department who handled my disappointments with aplomb.
