  • Had an amazing time. Great customer service upon arrival and it continued throughout the stay. Great room, great views. The service at the pool was fantastic. The food on site (from room service, poolside service and restaurants) was yummy. The wine events in the lobby in the afternoons were fun and informative. An all around wonderful stay. One small complaint but more of just a thing to note: I left my iPad charger in the room and I called/left a message and sent an email regarding seeing if the room could be checked (since it was plugged in behind a nightstand it might have been not noticed by housekeeping.) I never received any response back from anyone. $19 item so not the end of the world but seemed odd not to receive any communication back from them. I would definitely return for another stay.
