  • My partner and I just had our mani and pedi done here in preparation of our weekend wedding. We started with our pedicures. The technician my partner had was very friendly and personable. Mine was the opposite! She was very cold and did not even try to engage in a conversation. I was very disappointed in the service I received. We complained to the receptionist and she apologized and said that the person I had was always good. I also complained that the tech cut one of my cuticles to close and made it bleed. No discount was offered just an apology. That being said, I did not leave a tip for my technician. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of my technician. She was an older lady with a frown on her face and spoke very little English. I seriously doubt if I will be returning back. However, my partner enjoyed his services and his technician so I'm happy he got better service than I did.
