  • Apparently at sams club you have to have $75 or more in your account to use your debit card pin or it will decline they pre authorize a larger amount than what you actually purchase in gas until your payment clears. I called my bank because I knew I had money in my account and that's what I was told. Absolutely ridiculous!! Just beware use your debit card as credit if you want to get gas and for your card to work.
