Ordered WiFi for vacation home and specifically told them to bill me at my house since I don't get mail there. They cut off service. Also, would receive automated phone calls at 9 am every morning with an odd phone number. They wanted to charge late fee and fee to take payment over the phone. Management must be incompetent. They wouldn't give me to a supervisor. Why can't they get things right? $50 install and $75 a month. I was happy with Clear until they were bought out. They promised to take $20 off that they charged as re-connect fee and they didn't.
