  • I purchased a new tv from the Summerlin store and took it home the day of purchase. I also purchased the heavy duty wall mount and power bridge. RC Willey was going to come and mount the TV on the wall and the power bridge was purchased to run the cables thru the wall so they didn't hang down. I scheduled the install today. The salesmen said RC Willey would call me at 8:00 am and be at my house between the hours of 8:00-11:00. No call at 8:00 am. About 9:15 am I was left a voice mail saying my window was between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. (Not was I requested or was told in the store) I am returning the installation items ($608.03) and I will seek another company who will deliver on what they promise
