  • bought a fridge here about 2 years ago, and a microwave about a year ago. i remember there were issues with the purchase process (long ago, dont remember details now). but the guys who delivered the fridge damaged both my the wall in my house and the fridge itself, in 2 separate incidents. had the damage on the fridge repaired. and had another issue that was fixed under warranty. 2 years later, the fridge will now cost waaay more than the purchase price to fix. 2 years for a fridge?!?!?!?! and the microwave already has issues but i havent called a repair order in yet. saving $100 on the price of each of these was not worth the hassle. will NEVER buy from a sears outlet again.
