  • I've been a member at MEC as far as I can remember. I come here to buy all my outdoor activity equipment. Even if I see a bargain sale elsewhere from bags to rock climbing gear, I will still go and buy it at MEC. I was there to return a defective collapsable water bottle. The member's service were very help and gave options for an exchange or return. Ended up getting a store credit because I threw away the receipt. You can get it done at the member's service as well as at the cash. I love the rock climbing wall so I can try out the equipment before purchasing. Sometimes it's difficult to find help but they are helpful when find help. Busy store means popular and great store. Sometimes I think, I don't know what I would do without MEC. I think I'm just being silly now.
