  • No one greets you and lets you know what's going on. you have to hunt them down to get any information. Very rude and uncaring. I wish I had other choices. But Humana insurance won't cover the cost. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this place. I went to see her and found her laying in her own feces she called a nurse 3 hours prior. They did nothing until I showed up. Please keep an eye on your loved one if they are sent here.
