| - This place is operated by the same people that runs Gateaux Fleurs De Paris on the ground floor, so the same concept applies -- a cake shop plus a florist.
With training certificates and awards adorned the wall, you know you can find good quality and a nice variety of cakes and mini dessert pieces from this tiny shop. I also tried their macarons...there are a few flavours to choose from, mostly traditional selections like chocolate, pistachio, raspberry, and lemon. The "cookies" have a nice crust that is effortless to bite through, although the layer under the crust could be a bit more chewy, just a bit, to give some substance. The filling resembles a butter cream in texture, if you like a firmer ganache-like filing like I do, you may not prefer these ones.
A tip: exactly the same macarons are sold upstairs in Sharon's for slightly less price than its ground floor sister shop.
