  • This review is an update from the last. When I received a phone call from the owner John I was pretty impressed, I was ready to change my review to 5stars, he said I could come back and they would re-do my vehicle. Which I thought meant I would get what I had payed for originally which was a basic exterior wash and full interior detail. Maybe it's because I don't have a fancy race car or something but I brought my vehicle back they kept it most of the day and when I returned to pick it up I was surprised to see the exterior was still completely dirty and I found some messes in the interior that I must have missed from last time. When I told the front desk what happened they said they couldn't wash my car because they were completely booked for the day, so I would have to come back. I said, " I have NO desire to come back to this place". I'm really upset with how much of my time they have wasted. I also managed to get some photos. I was so excited when I walked in here and saw all the beautiful cars! I thought I had found the best spot. I brought my Mercedes SUV in, I purchased a full interior detail and a basic exterior wash. I had a lot of dog hair in the trunk and my chihuahua had pooped on the upholstery so I was asked to leave it overnight. When I came to pick up the car I was overall a little disappointed, there was still a food stain on the dash, ash in the ashtray, dirt in the trunk compartment, and stickers on the windows that I had asked them to remove. They had to take it to the back twice to clean the spots they had missed.
