  • This by far has to be one of the most rude and small portion size chipotles in Gilbert I have ever been to. I asked for a chicken bowl and double chicken. So the first group she gave me literally a half a scoop to where I can see through the bottom of the spoon. The second scope was pretty much just about to the top of the spoon LOL. I said you better add more chicken than that for doublechecking. She looked at me with anger and said that double chicken. Are you at chipotle 2 to 3 times a week because I have a high-protein diet! It's quick and it's easy. So that pissed me off she was so rude. Just the look in her eyes and her body language ha ha. You can tell she want to smack me with a spoon. So I asked for guacamole. She says it's extra I said I know I'm good. She then scoops the guacamole up and leaves about a third in the spoon. By this time I was just like WTF. Really and I said are you guys that sheet and you only serve about half of what you're serving sizes to save on food cost. The one lady nodded her head at me and kind a like was like sorry. They are very strict and they do under portion on their servings. I was disappointed in this chipotle. What I would recommend it to everybody who gets a small siding if you're going to pay full price. Tell me don't want it after they make it. Now they can eat that food cost if they don't want to treat their customers fairly. My rant is over but I just pissed me off today. You can tell that this must be a franchise store maybe they're struggling in the economy. But if you change your customers away you will not have a good customer experience. Then you will lose the customers you have slowly and slowly. Good luck wish the best
