  • The men's finish line shoe department never has anyone at their counter. Today I stood there for awhile and watched several customers walk away because they didn't want to wait. I tried to call the store phone number while standing there and it went to voicemail. I've been in several times to this location and the same issue at finish line. As I left not purchasing anything I walked by the women's finish line upstairs on my way to the parking garage and there were two associates just standing there chatting. I ended up purchasing my shoes on amazon on the way to my car. I'll have them tomorrow.
