In general the food was decent, prices were good, but service was bad.
Went as a party of 4 and food arrived in a relatively timely manner. Unfortunately, our server, Ken, seemed uninterested in his job, and even the assistants refilling drinks were not that good. Our table ordered two salads and only ever received one. We had to remind Ken about our side order of meatballs as well. He also bumped into my chair at one point without saying anything.
That said, the food we actually did order was good. The prices are relatively low, probably because if you want pasta with most dishes you have to order it separately. Everyone agreed that the best part of the meal was the fried mozzarella. It's very smooth and both somewhat similar and somewhat unique as compared to a traditional fried mozzarella stick.
It is odd that this place doesn't take reservations.
