Their customer service is a joke, a few months back i asked that they change my bank account for automatic payments, surprise surprise, they didn't and now i'm negative on the old bank account, and to add insult to injury they charged me a return fee in addition to my bill. when i asked if they could waive the return fee as i had previously tried to avoid this slip up they pretty much told me to piss off. Garbage customer service, Garbage company, i hope they get broken up or a new player emerges because this whole monopoly they have is ridiculous
