This is the second La Quinta I've ever stayed in. My experience with this one is similar to my first experience.
In a word, minimal. You'll have your essentials and nothing more. The continental breakfast was okay. A waffle station, fruits, and standard bread and pastries.
My gripes about the hotel was that the corridor carpets had a lot of questionable stains on it, the bathrooms don't lock, and my room had a constant whirring sound as the ventilation system in the bathroom had a hole in it.
