  • SunPower was recommended by my brother and we were told he would get $500 if we signed up. Now they are saying he will only get $250. Sounds a bit like a bait and switch to me. The installation went well except one solar panel wasn't installed properly so they had to set up an appointment to come and fix and then they didn't show up. They called and set up another appointment for a week later. Why not just say they messed up and come out the first thing the next morning? We took time off work for the first appointment and then we had to take time off for the second appointment. Not very customer friendly I think.
