  • Going to this dealership was the worst service/repair experience in my life - SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THIS PLACE IS CRAP, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I can list two instances - My wife had just bought 2006 Hyundai Sonata and we wanted to get it checked (specially tires & brakes). We took an appointment online and dropped the car off, we were told that shock absorb bush needed to be changed and cost was around $800. We were fine as we wanted to get everything fixed. We dropped it on that day and went to pick it up next day. My wife pays for it and gets in the car and sees that right mirror assembly is completely broken. They do not even bother to tell us that they broke our side mirror is broken. My wife goes in to talk and cashier says everyone has left. My wife demanded to talk to manager. Manager was very nice to accept that it was their mistake and asked us to drop the car to be fixed (on their cost) the next day. We dropped it next day and it took them 4 days to fix it. My wife and I were fine as manager really helped us solve this thing. It seems they broke the assembly during "car wash". Anyway, during this whole time our service coordinator was not helpful at all, it seemed like she only wanted us to pay $800 bucks and get out of there. Last week again we thought of giving them second chance as manager had helped us the first time and we believe in giving people second chances to improve. This time we went as we got check engine light and wanted to get it fixed. We met with service coordinator and he communicated to us the diagnosis needed to be run to find the issue and would cost us $120. Obviously we said it is fine because that is the only way to know the actual issue. After couple of hours we went back (did not receive any call from anyone) and I just went to service coordinator and told him that we were sitting in waiting room just in case it was ready (this was after we see our car outside waiting for 10 mins). He tells us that it was ready, so in this case we were expecting at least a call if it was ready. As mentioned above we were told it would cost us $120 and tax. We go to pay and see that cost of $147. I simply ask the cashier what were $20 for as it was listed under 'Miscellaneous Costs'. Now, you would expect that cashier would know this given that they charge this to every customer. She asked us to go and talk to service coordinator and while he was busy with another customer we wait. We wait and wait and wait. After 15 minutes we see him walk out (even though cashier told him that we have a question). Finally after waiting for 20 minutes I disturb him while he was talking to another customer about it and he says in very rude manner that charge is for "electricity, cleaning, blah blah blah" Now again, you would expect that cashier would know about this but no, she did not care. She was busy in chatting to co-worker and doing whatever on her phone. Finally when we leave no one cares because they got their money. I think this is what the problem here is, they just want to charge customer and get their money. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE QUALITY. This is it, we gave them the second chance and they failed again to do their job. I will pay more money and travel extra 50 miles to go to another dealership but will never come here again!
