  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Cashier seemed like she was heroin... but maybe I will chalk it up to her being young, lazy and not wanting to work. I normally shop at the Eastern location which is amazing but I live in Southern Highland and decided to make a quick stop to see what this location had. After choosing all my 25 plants without one person asking to help me... it was time to check out... At the cashier I asked to use my landscapers discount since he actually ask me to stop and pick out my plants. They wouldn't honor the discount even with me name dropping the Eastern main guys name that I normally deal with... I asked for them to call over to clarify... manager wasn't helpful with that request. I had to call to the Eastern store myself and pass over MY cell phone to verify that I do normally shop with my landscaper. As the manager took my phone... he had to expressed that the Eastern manager wasn't his boss.... unbelievable!!! What is he 5 years old!!! So here the good news! I am now very clear that I will NEVER shop at this Star Nursery location thanks to Ollie the manage and the dead head cashier that worked the landscaper desk. If you need amazing service... Always go to the Eastern location and ask for Mr Joe!!
