  • I've been a member here since 2008. I am mostly satisfied with what you get for the cost. I had a wonderful therapist who unfortunately left about a year ago. Since the, it's been frustrating that the massages are all very inconsistent. Some take forever to come back once you are put in the room, although the clock is ticking on your supposed 50 minutes. That is my only true complaint. I know they need the extra ten minutes in an hour to prepare the room for the next customer but we should get 50 actual minutes of massage. I'm frequently dressed, paid, and back in my car before an hour is up. That's not right. They have also called to cancel my last three appointments due to supposed emergencies with the therapist. Three times? Really? Prior to these three cancellations I made an appt as I left from a massage, at the front desk, and when I returned for it they didn't have my name scheduled. They gave me a different masseuse but it was a pathetic massage. If they read this and would like constructive criticism I would just ask that a client s given 50 actual minutes of massage time. I do feel that it is a very clean and pleasant atmosphere.
