  • I had been bringing my cat here for 3 years. The groomer did wonderful each time. I made an appointment for my cat to get shaved like usual, the next day I go in and the guy at the front desk couldn't get off the phone long enough to even greet me. Literally not a word. So I found my way back to the grooming area, since I knew the building from previous visits. The lady was grooming a dog, looked at me and said "I was afraid this was going to happen." Said she doesn't do cats, and she doesn't know who the old groomer was or where the old groomer went to. I asked her why she couldn't have called me this morning when she saw the appointment made for a cat... She said "oh yeah, I should have". And why they were even scheduling cat grooming appointments if this specific facility doesn't offer them anymore. She offered no alternative or any suggestions to help fix the problem, and seemed quite careless at that. I have recommended several people to this company, but never again. Sorely disappointed.
