I go in expecting some kind of mishap cause it's uhaul; the rumors are true. I tell them I had an appointment to install a hitch for today (7/11/17) that was made on the 7th. (Had issues finding my order so I knew I was in for some fuckery.) Then the employee tells me they had me down for the 13th. I proceeded to show them a receipt that stated my appointment for 11th. They didn't even have the hitch I ordered in yet. The employee did try to find another hitch at another location but the closest one was 200mi away. I paid $350 for this kind of service. The worst part is I didn't even get an apology or any compensation. BUYERS BE WARY. Make sure you have some leeway of time if you're trying to move.

Ended up canceling everything with customer support and will be getting a refund supposedly in 3 to 5 business days.
