  • I should have listened to all these reviews. These people are the WORST. just completely ignore you, anytime you attempt contact. Will not return calls or emails. Sent in a request to their "maintenance department" as the entire front of one of the kitchen drawers fell off in my hand when i pulled it open. Upon looking at it, it had clearly been repaired before (with glue and cardboard holding it together). I was told it was a tenant responsibility to fix as it was a "cosmetic" issue, and though they acknowledge the shoddy workmanship of the previous repair, it still wasn't their problem. We have only lived in the house two months of the 15 month lease at this point, and literally every interaction with these people is hellacious. The few repairs they did agree were necessary when we moved in took 6 weeks to actually get done, and one of those has already failed (again, no response to repeated contact attempts on my part). For some reason I bet they would get in touch with me immediately if the rent were late though... Bottom line, all they want is your money and for you to fix their barely maintained properties. Aside from that you are meaningless to them. Save yourself a lot of time and effort and rent elsewhere.
