  • If this hotel marketed itself as middle-of-the-road, I would give it three or four stars. Because it claims to be world class, I give it two stars. The room is really nice. The staff was quite responsive. The problem is with the details. Our shower leaked so badly that it flooded the bathroom and got our stuff wet. They fixed it but it was a hassle. I had to request more towels and to take the wet towels away. The ice machine is broken on our floor and next floor down. The scale and One of the phones in our room doesn't work. If you want to get a good sleep on a Friday or Saturday night, this is NOT the hotel for you. Mix on the top floor blasted the music loudly and we could hear peoples' conversations from my room on the 35th floor on the opposite side of the hotel. They offered to give me earplugs. It quiets down around 2am. Be warned that the minibar has sensors on every item and if you so much as touch a bottle, you have 30 seconds to put it back exactly the way it was or you are charged for it. If you remove items from the minibar to make room for your own stuff you will get charged for all of it. Our minibar was also broken when we arrived. Coffee is not complementary. It is $4 for each basic K cup set-up with sugar and shelf stable half-and-half that you get at almost every hotel across the country for free. We were told to call and request a late check out after 8 AM the day you depart. At 7:30am we called and we got BS about being already "fully committed", not to call back in 30 mins or (even better) "yes we are happy to accommodate you". Save your trip and book a different hotel.
