  • Called to make an appointment for my friend and I. Lady at front desk was so extremely rude that I ended up canceling the ones I made. She knew I was a first time customer but apparently that meant nothing to her. Skimming other reviews this seems to be a common complaint so management really needs to do something about it. Due to her attitude were booking at another blow dry bar in the area.
