I visited hurts Donuts on Christmas Eve day with my two sons. We went in and selected the half a dozen we pick option as we were leaving my son's asked if we could get a full dozen I literally was one step out of the door the door didn't even close yet when I went back to the counter and askef the gal at the counter if we could upgrade to the Dozen she, very coldly , stated once I leave the building the option to upgrade is no longer available, we were literally one step out of the door the door hadn't even closed yet and then just ignored our present and went to the next customer leaving me and my boys just standing there in disbelief.
Small businesses especially those with just one location are successful not only due to product but because of customer service. Although they make good Donuts this customer service experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I can spend my hard-earned money elsewhere very easily such as Bosa.
