  • As a wannabe pro baker, I'm so grateful to have this store in my neighbourhood. They literally have had every single thing I've ever needed/wanted to buy for my baking experiments, from cotton candy flavour extract to edible gold leaf to fondant that actually tastes good (Satin Ice, in case you were wondering). Great selection of professional grade bake ware and tools. The staff is so friendly and helpful too. They offer baking workshops, which I haven't attended, and I hear they will also make custom order baked goods (cakes, cupcakes) though they don't seem to advertise that. Prices are very reasonable and the convenience of going in to look at everything (vs. ordering online) can't be beat. They are also very responsive to email/online chat inquiries should you have questions.
