  • My minor daughter was hit last year by an SUV. The intake personnel for the case seemed very friendly and eager to help us get our case resolved. However, I have concerns that this has now went to litigation and we are being ignored, paperwork that should be filled out by an attorney given to us to fill out, not to mention provide the same information over and over again when they already have the information to begin with. I am very concern with how the Lerner & Rowe firm is being run. I sent an email to the attorney and paralegal on my case this week. I cc'd Kevin Rowe and Glen Learner on the email as well. I have requested a response with in the next 24 hours in regards to my concerns, my daughter's case and my complaints. Please do not ignore this email. I have worked with my company for 18 years and they are a reputable company located throughout the United States. Word of mouth is not a problem when it comes to employees sharing experiences that they have had with certain businesses. I will not be afraid to share mine with Lerner & Rowe.
