  • I wish I could give this place 0stars. Get ready to waste your time and spend hours only to get yourself into a plan that was not what you were told about. My first experience was with a guy that worked there in September 2014 he told me I could cut my plan to $54 a month. All of my bill from then on out were $97 a month. When I called they told me I must have been misinformed and I couldn't do anything to change. A yeah and a half later and After a few months of my phone completely crashing and restarting 3-4times a day I went back to the store. A women named Daisy told me she couldn't do anything, was extremely rude, and then told me if I canceled my phone by the 28th I wouldn't be charged for the next months service,just the $127 to pay off my phone. Well today the represented from t mobile said I should call her and tell her she we wrong so now I have to pay almost $300 to cancel. Save yourself, do not go with T-Mobile and if you do, do not go here!
