  • AVOID. The worst customer service I have experienced in Las Vegas. Extremely hard to cancel account. I was told my account was closed and current then was still billed after I moved when they claimed I still have bottles that were not dropped off. Long wait times for customer support. If there are other options, use them! Trust me, you are better off getting a faucet water filter.
