  • I have been getting the monthly exterior only package since November 2012. The washes have been fine. However, after the wash, the quality quickly goes down. Water spots and drips everywhere. I've always ignored it. Today, the drying effort left some foreign substance on my windshield and driver door. The owner went on and on about the poor quality paint job on my vehicle. What does that have to do with the windshield? What's more he got angry that I wasn't believing all he was saying and he walked off in a huff. Very customer UNfriendly!
