  • Went into Brio the other night as SQ is close to home. The restaurant was very nice looking and being as it was happy hour I took a seat at the bar. The bar staff was very friendly and I was happy to find out they had some awesome deals for happy hour. I tried their shrimp and eggplant appetizer and it was amazing. I'm not usually a big veggie guy but between the shrimp and sauce this dish is delicious. The bread was warm and fresh and I ended up using too much of it to sop up the sauce from the appetizer dish and made myself full. Can't wait to come back and try more.
