rev:text	This Chanel is located at Encore, right across from XS Nightclub. This location may be smaller than the store located at the Wynn, but customer service here is top notch and not pretentious at all. Honeybabe asked what I wanted for my birthday and of course Chanel is always a great choice. Originally I wanted a gray WOC I saw on their website but I guess I was too late because all the Chanel boutiques here in Vegas were sold out of them. (The Bellagio location had such shitty customer service and the Wynn acted like I was a bother to them..they didn't even care to show me any other options). The day I came here, I was completely dressed down...very very casual with minimal make up on. Almost looked like I was making a Target run O_O lol. A group of female associates greeted me at the front of the store but Teresa was the one that asked me if I needed any assistance. I told her what I was looking for but she said the gray WOC was sold out. And this is where this location rose above the rest: she started suggesting other WOC options to me. Different colors, styles, leather etc. Teresa showed me different ways a WOC can be worn. I was impressed with her service. She genuinely treated me like a valued customer even though I was on the fence of purchasing anything that day. Finally I decided on a Beige Golden Class WOC (I'll eventually upload a pic). Can't wait to finally take her out of that beautiful packaging. =) So my advice is, don't snooze on this location just because it's a smaller store....you'll never know what hidden treasures you may be able to find here.
