  • Pam was AWESOME while helping me find an apartment that fit the needs for specifically needing an apartment for a larger dog and pet, pubescent adolescent which this single mother knew a 2 bedroom, washer/dryer and first floor with a decent jr high were important factors. Pam exceeded those needs, and introduced us to an awesome apartment community book keeper at the timer, that was amazing. Due to her thinking outside of the box, of the areas I wasn't really thinking of exploring, I ended up with an amazing deal and renewed my leased for an extended period, after the agency assisted me with the initial lease. Pam had a great sense of humor (I know she will appreciate the memory of a future tenant hugging a stackable washer/dryer--haha) and business disposition I truly appreciated. Thanks, Pam. PS- I also appreciate how the agency had followed up if I needed assistance renewing or locating another rental. That was appreciated!
